Safe removal and disposal of your old faucet. Precision mounting of your new, *homeowner-provided faucet. Installation of the matching new pop-up drain/strainer. Install high-quality stainless steel flexible water supply lines. Please Note - Fixture warranty: We guarantee our installation workmanship for (1 year). If provided fixture is defective out of the box or missing parts, standard hourly rates apply for return visits. Corroded Valves: To ensure a leak-free job, existing shut-off valves must be functional. Replacing them will incur an additional charge of $75 per valve (includes parts and labor). Piping Repairs: Base rate assumes connection to existing, code-compliant plumbing. Heavey corrosion, crumbling drain pipes, or countertop modifications required to fit the new fixture will be estimated on-site before work begins.
