Service Description

Kitchen, Tub, Shower, or Bathroom Sinks: Base Rate (Includes up to 1 hour of labor + professional electric snake machinery). What our base rate covers: Mechanical snaking of the specific branch line, clearing hair, grease, or soap blockages and water testing to ensure flow. Main Sewer Lines Excluded: Our services focus strictly on secondary indoor fixture drains (sinks, tubs, showers). We do not clear main sewer lines, or tree root intrusions. Deep Line Blockages: If your clog is further than 25 feet, or if it is caused by a backup in the home's main sewer line, our compact equipment cannot reach it. If we run our full line out and determine the blockage is in the main lines, a $125 diagnostic and travel fee apllies instead of the full rate. Chemical usage disclamier: If you have used chemical drain cleaners (like Drano or lye) before calling us, you must inform our plumber before work beings. These chemicals destroy equipment and pose skin and eye burn risk to our technicians.
