Service Description

Emergency & Standard Leak Repair Pricing - Water Supply Leak (Copper/PEX): $325 Base Rate (Includes up to 1.5 hours of labor + basic repair materials). Drain, Waste, Vent Leak (PVC): $375 Base Rate (Includes up to 1.5 hours of labor + basic repair materials). Base pricing applies strictly to fully exposed, easily accessible pipes (such as open basements, crawlspaces, or utility rooms). If we must cut through drywall, plaster, ceilings, or tile to reach the leak, additional labor fees may apply. We do not patch, paint, or repair drywall or ceilings after the plumbing repair is complete. If your leak is caused by widespread, failing plumbing (like rusted galvanized iron or crumbling cast iron), our base rate covers the localized oatch area only.
