Electric Water Heater Labor & Materials Base Price: $900. Gas Water Heater Labor & Materials Base Price: $1,100. *Price of water heater unit NOT INCLUDED. What's Included in Our Base Swap - Old Tank Removal: Complete draining, disconnecting, and hauling away of your old water heater. New Unit Installation: Professional mounting and connection of your new water heater. System Calibration: Setting the safe temperature limits and testing the water pressure. Safety & Leak Testing: Full check of all gas, electric, and water connections to guarantee a turn-key install. Exclusions & Warranty Policy - Equipment Warranty: We provide a 1-year warranty on our installation workmanship. The water heater itself to be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Defective / Missing Parts: If you provide your own water heater unit and it is found to be defective, missing parts, or fails under its own manufacturer warranty later, any additional service calls, troubleshooting, or labor required to uninstall, return, or swap a defective homeowner-provided unit will be billed at our standard hourly rates. Code Compliance Upgrades: Base pricing applies strictly to code-compliant, same-location swaps. Permit Fees: Local building and plumbing permits required are filed and billed at costs on town fee structure (included).
